İNGİLİZCE'DE ZARF CÜMLELERİ

Because, since, as, seeing as, seeing that, as/so long as, inasmuch as ve now that bağlaçları, iki cümle arasında sebep-sonuç ilişkisi kuran bağlaçlardır.

Bu cümlelerde temel cümle sonuç bildiren cümle, sebep bildiren cümle bağlaç ile birlikte kullanılan cümledir.

Ex:      Because we don't know where he is, we have to wait him to call us.

Since As
Seeing as
Seeing that
As/So long as

Inasmuch as
Now that * (Simple Past Tense ile kullanılmaz)
Because of, on account of, thanks to, owing to, due to yapıları da sebep sonuç ilişkisi kurmak için kullanılan yapılardır.

Ancak bu yapılardan sonra isim gelir.

Because of the bad road, it took us another five hours to get to the village.

Kötü yol nedeniyle köye gitmemiz beş saat sürdü.

Because of the earthquake last week, a number of people have left the region for good.

Deprem nedeniyle çok kişi yiyecek için bölgeyi terk etti.
